Meaning--or the lack thereof--is often an important component of grief for those experiencing it. This is not about silver-linings, but rather about making sense of the experience. The grieving process involves working through painful, difficult, sometimes confusing, & even complex feelings. It involves adjusting to new rhythms of life & sometimes even learning new things. I am committed to walking with you through that process, helping you regrow the ability to be present in life, & helping you learn how to 'hold' grief as it surfaces.
