The main factors that promote change are development of understanding of your issues, enhancing motivation, healthy expression of emotion, examination of irrational thoughts that can lead to negative emotion and destructive behaviours, and the practice of new thoughts and behaviours such that life has meaning and fulfillment.

I am registered psychologist who has over 15 years of clinical experience helping individuals with a variety of mental health issues. I specialize in CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) for anxiety, depression, stress, and anger. CBT is considered a gold-standard treatment for many mental health issues, including anxiety/stress and depression, and is a collaborative skills-based approach to therapy that is designed to provide individuals with the tools they need to manage their mental health concerns. My goal is to create a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship with every client I work with.
