I changed my career path and became a psychologist because this work has been so transformative for me. It is my passion to help you on this journey. I am a pre-licensed counseling psychologist this means I have completed doctoral coursework and am working towards gaining licensure in my state. I received my degree from Northwest University in Kirkland, WA. I have seven years of experience working with clients and am supervised by licensed psychologist Maya Weir.

As a psychologist the cornerstone of my work with clients involves assessment and evaluation. I begin every client interaction with a thorough assessment of the individual. I formulate my understanding of the client, including their presenting problem, and share this with the client. I invite and encourage active collaboration from the client to devise treatment goals that we can work to achieve in therapy. Therapy to me entails an active and engaged process exploration to gain insights that were otherwise inaccessible to the client.
