Hi, I'm Dr. Dave Russell. I am a psychologist who specializes in intensive counseling and coaching focused on getting to the root and core of your problems. Instead of the traditional 45-minutes-once-a-week talk therapy model, we use 90-minute and 3-HOUR SESSIONS to help you achieve up to 3 months of therapy in each session. So even if you have been in regular talk therapy for months or years without getting to the core, you have an alternative. You need to know that - with the right help and some hard work - you can get rid of your emotional baggage so completely that you will not be able to get yourself upset about your worst memory, your most challenging situation or your most sensitive issue - no matter how hard you try.

We are a group of Licensed Psychologists, providing individual, family and couples psychotherapy. We also use evidence-based interventions, such as mindfulness and relaxation, cognitive and behavioral strategies to foster long-lasting, meaningful change.

I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in addition to my doctorate in Psychology. I trained at MGH/Harvard Medical School in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Medicine, and Psychodynamic theories. I spent 13 years doing education and training in order to become the most effective psychologist. I practice psychotherapy, conduct psychological evaluations and work with Physicians who are experiencing burn-out or are dealing with a malpractice lawsuit. I also supervise various clinicians in their practice of psychotherapy.

For me, psychotherapy begins with a solid therapeutic relationship. When there is safety and trust, healing and growth can occur. Respect for my clients and professionalism is of utmost importance to me. I have a kind, genuine, and candid nature which helps clients relate to me and feel comfortable.
