As a Doctoral level licensed psychologist in private practice, I specialize in adult psychotherapy. I enjoy working with adults from young adulthood to the later stages of life. Developing a therapeutic relationship with you, to allow you to feel supported, listened to and understood is the basis of beginning the therapeutic work. As we learn more about your present and past relationships with yourself and others, you may begin to gain insight and understanding of yourself, others and begin to see new options and choices for you. Therapy is a place to begin to open up your mind to new thoughts and ideas. Therapy is about making the changes you want to enhance your life.

As a PhD psychologist and marriage–family therapist for over 28 years my approach has been highly influenced by the executive coaching and consulting work I've done in the business world where there is a high demand for results.
