My approach to helping individuals or families through psychotherapy encompasses getting to know the individual as being a unique person that does not have to fit into everyone else's mold. Psychotherapy involves compassion and empathy for my clients. I am honored to be on the other side of my client's exploration and journey in discovery. I provide guidance where my client needs me to be with them.

This private practice is focused on helping clients create a balanced and joyful life. Everyone can discover the way that works best for him or her. It appears that we tend to focus way too much time and energy on "right vs. wrong." This seems to only cause more confusion, indecisiveness, and other insecurities. Seeking outside guidance in times of struggle can be powerful and transformative. One of the goals of this practice is to help clients discover a deeper sense of self and acceptance. Another intention of this practice practice is to help clients build and maintain the necessary tools they already have existing within themselves, and lead clients to new discoveries of living life in a more balanced and enjoyable way.

I believe we are often stuck beyond how we think about something, but by how our body holds and remembers the experiences. After all, we feel the anxiety in our chest, shoulders or stomach. When we are depressed, we struggle to move, sleep, concentrate etc. I work to remove the block from wherever it is stuck. My clients come to me after years of ineffective therapy.
