Psychotherapy or counseling is an essential tool to provide individuals, couples or family groups who may have been in conflict, discord or even crisis to a new level of resolve and ideally into a functioning working relationship with restored possibilities of effective communications and an integration of new responses and new relationship insight and responsibility. Counseling an psychotherapy are meant to help a person see themselves and the world around them in a manner which can provide them with valuable insights, awareness and useful life tools which will lead to effective and successful behaviors, personal contentment and greater possible happiness.

James Hillman once said, "We've had a hundred years of psychotherapy and the world is getting worse." While there are many occasions where the validation and listening endemic to psychotherapy makes sense, there are times where we over assume that "feeling better" and "changing behavior" are the same. Grey Matters International, Inc. goes after the forgotten brain laws to behavior change that therapists miss when processing hours and hours of dialogues with people. Utilizing a cutting edge technology to facilitate the emotional process of change, we can make the therapy process way more effective, faster, and with less money spent. Looking for a change? Online counseling is convenient, effective, efficient, and confidential.
I provide brief solutions-focused psychotherapy to help clients assess personal and professional functioning, clarify goals, and strengthen social and emotional skills. I specialize in brief online relationship counseling. Online counseling allows clients to seek help as needed, engage in therapy at a schedule that's convenient to them, and keep their counselor as they progress through life. I work with LGBTQ and hetero clients on individual, couple, and alternative relationship concerns. Clients explore issues that impact their professional and personal relationships, including communication, power dynamics, and intimacy. I accept US$ and cryptocurrencies.

While I am technically a psychotherapist, I do not like the word "psychotherapy" for two reasons. First, when people hear the word, they usually think of a troubled person reclining on a couch. I like to think of myself as an advanced coach because I can help people regardless of the severity of their challenges, but we can get deep into the nitty-gritty emotional content of a relationship if we need to. Second, I work with more than one person, because I help improve relationships, which *may* involve two or more people in the room.
