Hello! Since 2008 I have worked alongside individuals, couples, and families spanning across Canada, Egypt and the Netherlands. I'm committed to listening and providing you with practical skills & tools to increase resiliency and to help you feel more in control.

I provide a caring, safe and person centred environment. In our busy lives it is good to take time to address solutions for our mind, body and spirit. I work collaboratively with clients from a strength based approach and would be honoured to join you on your journey.
