Through my own struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences and professional training in gestalt therapy, and somatic experiencing (SE) allows me to support you.

Life can be challenging at times and it can be difficult to find hope in the midst of struggles. My goal as a Psychotherapist is to meet you wherever you are at in your struggles and to help you to find ways to move forward with hope, renewed insight and confidence!

I am a Registered Psychotherapist accepting NEW CLIENTS in-person or through video or phone sessions. I have a passion for working with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I have a special interest in working with clients in the LGBTQI+ community and Refugees.

I approach with willingness to show up fully and discover rather than bringing an agenda. The Healing Process should be satisfying. The most vital ingredient being a mutual respect which begins the moment we meet to bring you closer to the quality of life you desire!
