Lisa Shouldice Pychotherapy began as a solo practice in 2014 and expanded into a clinic in 2023. It is trauma specialized, including personality/mood disorders including PTSD. I have handpicked an experienced, strong team that includes POC and LGBTQAI2S members.

Jaime Saibil, a psychotherapist and cognitive-behavioural therapist, has nearly a decade of experience providing counselling within the areas of anxiety, stress, depression, couples-related issues, and weight management.

Hello I'm Jim! I am a Registered Psychotherapist and I come from a Positive Psychology background. I am interested in helping make life better for clients using an array of treatment models, while prioritizing the client therapist relationship.
