I’m Tim, and I help others break free from “just surviving,” and get back to happy, engaged living. With caring, humour, and evidence-based techniques, I guide clients to access their own power and wisdom, and find lasting answers to tough life problems.

I have a passion for helping people like you, who want a little assistance in finding alternative solutions in their life, but don't know where to start. Maybe you are too remote or have been hesitant to seek guidance. E - Counselling is the answer.

I provide individual counselling to adults age 20 years and over. My practice is open to all walks of life. I have experience working with stress, family of origin issues, addictions, and trauma. I will provide empathy and a safe place for you to process your story.
