My practice combines compassion and knowledge to address relational and mental health concerns. The process includes working together to regain or discover a path towards restoration and growth in a safe, caring environment.

When you work with me, I provide a caring, open-minded, and friendly service. Connection is most important in providing support. We will work together so you can lead a better life, learning about what stands in your way and how you can address it.

In our sessions together you will learn the tools to handle overwhelming emotions and control negative thoughts. You will also learn how to set boundaries, and communicate your emotions/needs effectively to get what you want resulting in a stronger sense of self worth.

I’m Tim, and I help others break free from “just surviving,” and get back to happy, engaged living. With caring, humour, and evidence-based techniques, I guide clients to access their own power and wisdom, and find lasting answers to tough life problems.
