In management circles, there is a popular saying that you are as good as the people you hire. Corporations are social entities that harness the extraordinary power of the collective, rather than relying on a few good individuals to gain prominence. True, there are few distinguished performers in all companies that act as the face of the enterprise, but that does not discount the contributions of a wide cross section of employees whose efforts and skills are indispensible to the corporation. For every Steve Jobs there are whole cadres of software programmers, project managers, product designers among others who help realize the company’s vision.

Tax preparation and filing is not easy particularly if a person does not have adequate financial knowledge. Moreover, every country and state has its own laws and regulations, and it is very difficult for a person to keep up with the dynamically changing tax regulations. This is the reason that a number of people suffer from stress during tax filing season (Palmiter, 2014). Tax stress syndrome, as the name implies is a form of stress triggered by mental pressure during tax season.

ADHD in adults has many symptoms. The ones that are usually associated with ADHD may be easily recognized, but there are others that look like or create additional problems that can rise to the level of separate psychiatric disorders if not managed carefully. Some adults with ADHD may have recognized the ‘soft signs’ of ADHD in childhood and adolescence, but many do not acknowledge these (or confuse them with other problems) until adulthood. The following list is probably not all inclusive, but a good overview of the most common soft signs in the literature.
