Why wait until January 1st to start making healthy resolutions? We will give individual and group support from a registered dietician and certified counsellor/psychotherapist to work with you to navigate the Christmas holidays, and turn your good intentions" into meaningful and achievable goals.
The group will begin with a group session and tour of a supermarket - such as the Okotoks Save-On-Foods, followed by 4 individual goal setting and accountability sessions over the next 2 weeks prior to Christmas.
We will be doing a longer group in January 2018.
