Groups are an amazing way for your teen to learn new skills to cope with their stress and anxiety.
This is a 6-week narrative therapy group for teens looking for hope and support with anxiety. With the guidance of a registered psychologist and a counselling intern, teens will learn from their peers, develop creative strategies for coping, and create alternative perspectives on anxiety, personal strengths, and resilience.
Our next group commences on March 30th, 2022.
