A person's spirituality is highly important to how they develop, grow and manage their life. We have a misconception in the Christian environment that if we live a good life bad things won't happen to us. That is not true and can lead to a lot of unhappiness. I encourage spiritual growth among my clients and help them to honor and respect that side of themselves, while helping them to understand and navigate some of life's hardest problems.

Personally I am a Christian. However I do not offer biblical therapy. I am however able to offer therapy from a Christ centered perspective. We will address issues related to individual beliefs and how these beliefs are affecting your life. Always there is a focus on positive growth using Christian principles as basic understanding of how to become more satisfied with life.
