My approach to anger management is to help the person decrease their hightened emotional and psychological arousal in order to deal with the anger. Together, we find the root of the anger, set distinct guidelines in dealing with the anger and develop a solid plan to effectively manage the anger. In each step of managing the anger there are key elements to educate the person and find a solution. Everyone gets angry but it is how we deal with this natural emotion.

Anger issues often involve very deep roots. Hurst, fears and frustration often are the "seeds" of open anger. If one can understand what grows apparent anger then goals can be set to work through the "seeds" until each one is pruned. We do not merely want to skim over the anger issues but to dig deep and pull up by the roots. Many people feel such a heavy burden lifted when they are able to forgive pains from the present and past.

Anger destroys personal peace, love between couples/families and even health. I offer a unique approach to anger control that is easy to grasp, simple to implement and brings quick results.
