There are so many reasons why people struggle with anger. One of them is the general opinion that anger is bad. For that reason, many of us are not taught how to properly express it. Anger is just a feeling. It's what we do with that feeling that determines whether it's good or bad. We help people to recognize their anger and learn effective ways to calm themselves down, cope with their feelings, and communicate them in a safe, appropriate and beneficial way. We are, however, not able to accept court mandated clients.
