Much of the time I find that cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), together with interventions from positive psychology, can significantly help people to act with intention, which can often feel like being reborn.

Anger is a perfectly normal, human response. In fact, it's actually a built in survival mechanism in humans. Disproportionate and uncontrollable anger, however, can be harmful to oneself and others. Our approach to Anger Management focuses on learning to recognize anger triggers, including both negative thought patterns and external stimuli. Our anger management clients have learned skills to calm themselves when angry, as well as healthy way to express anger.
