Our goal is not to be "anger – free" but rather to teach the client how to control his or her response to the presence anger – including the biological arousal and emotional feelings that anger may cause. We offer encouragement for the client who is willing to address the problem and we stress the importance of beginning immediately because of the possible destructive ways that anger can be expressed. We will share some powerful and biblical methodologies to protect the client from potential destructive behavior.
