I am a Licensed Psychologist, a Certified Group Psychotherapist, and a Diplomate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I offer my clients individual, couple, family and group therapy. I was born in Utah, grew up in Colorado, and earned a B.A. in psychology from Dartmouth as well as a Ph.D. in psychology from Stanford. The more intensive part of my education started after Stanford, when I began doing research on what can bring about deep and meaningful change in psychotherapy, entered therapy myself, and became a husband and a father. I find my work very fulfilling and doubt that I will ever retire.
