Together, we can work through problems, tap into creative approaches, embrace change and grow. Together we can explore better ways of feeling, thinking, interacting with others, and living. Everything I suggest is tailored to the unique circumstances of you and your family, so that together we can address the pain and create a new sense of balance and joy.
My background
I have been working with people to accomplish personal and professional goals for more than 25 years. I have worked with corporations, non-profit agencies, and churches in the area of communication, community involvement, creative projects and change management.  I have been providing psychotherapy services to families in The Woodlands area since 2012.
Although I do not speak other languages fluently, I understand considerable Spanish and have traveled extensively, including Central and South America, Europe and Japan. I understand the complexities of multi-cultural families, especially related to Latin America and United States.
I am a 15-year breast cancer survivor, and volunteered for 10 years as an in-home visitation consultant with Reach to Recovery. I have experience working in a corporate setting (oil & gas), and have served on numerous community boards in the Houston area.

My Training
I earned my M.A. in counseling from Sam Houston State University with a focus in marriage and family approaches. I also have an M.A. in Communication from the University of Houston and a bachelor's degree in communication from the University of Tulsa.
I am formally trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), play techniques, sand and guided imagery techniques. I routinely take trainings and learn new stuff to help me be a better psychotherapist and to best help my clients.

If you need a hand in making that journey of release and change, then come create, change and grow with me.
I look forward to meeting you! SCHEDULE TODAY at 832.451.9143 or online at www.CoCreateChange.com.
