We are trained in trauma-informed care, using techniques that often result in immediate reduction of symptoms. We frequently incorporate EMDR techniques to target the memories and experiences that hold you back from being happy and healthy. This gives you the opportunity to experience less anxiety and depression without spending multiple sessions trying to gain insight. You will learn how to improve relationships, create emotional breakthroughs, and overcome obstacles right from the start.

I use many treatment methods, such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to provide the most effective support for each individual.

Within a client-centered approach, I respect the complexities of life and take in a holistic/trauma-informed mindset to meet you where you are and to help accomplish your goals. I work with ages 12 and up. I tailor my

clinical approach to better meet your needs and can incorporate an integrative set of interventions from multiple theories and from my training including CBT, DBT, and EMDR.

Desiree and Mandy are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna.
We can provide a bill for you to submit to other insurance companies for reimbursement

Fee for payment at time of service is $125 per 50 minute session.
We can accept HAS and FSA cards.
