"I have come to believe that the human family all has the same secrets, which are both very telling and very important to tell. They are telling in the sense that they tell what is perhaps the central paradox of our condition-that what we hunger for perhaps more than anything else is to be known in our full humanness, and yet that is often just what we also fear more than anything else."-Frederick Buechner.

Come share your secrets and fears with me; I'm here to help and let you know that you are not alone.

I have experience helping a diverse group of clients; I tailor treatment to fit each client's unique needs. I am able to provide a systemic perspective to individuals and families. I have worked with minoritzed populations across race, sexual orientation, gender, and spirituality. I am trained in alternative modalities and energy healing. I am trained as Level II Reiki Practitioner.

I offer both short- and long-term counseling, and my ultimate goals are for clients to be able to explore their deepest fears and insecurities in a safe and comfortable way. I enjoy working with adolescents and their families, individual adults of all ages, and relationships of all kinds.

I received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy in December 2014 from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Prior to that, I completed a bachelors degree in Human Services Counseling with a focus in Family Studies. My training and education make me uniquely qualified to work with couples in all stages of their relationships. During my time in school, I worked for Clark County Juvenile Detention Services with at-risk and detained youth. I am very active in the community, and am well-versed in the Las Vegas culture and way of living.

A typical session with me is broken down into three parts: Assessment of your current needs, identifying and working towards a specific goal, and assigning "homework" for the upcoming week.An important part of therapy is getting to know each other, learning about your unique needs, values, and characteristics, and making sure we are a good fit to work together in helping you achieve your goals.

If you think we might be a good fit for each other, give me a call...we can discuss what you are looking for and what therapy can look like for you.  Help is only a phone call away.
