Is something missing in your life? Are you struggling to find fulfillment and meaning? Do you feel misunderstood, empty, and alone in your pain? Are you plagued by worries and fears? Do you tend to focus on others to the point of neglecting your own needs? Do you notice yourself engaging in unhelpful patterns that create distance and disconnection in your relationship? Do you want to regain balance, meaning, and fulfillment in your life? I have helped many people restore their relationships with themselves and others, overcome depression, manage anxiety and stress, and heal from traumas and past hurts-and I may be able to help you.
All of us have an amazing capacity to develop strategies to deal with the challenges that we encounter in our lives; sometimes the very strategies that served to help and protect us in the past, end up preventing us from moving in the direction that we want in the present.
If you feel stuck and want to begin moving forward once again, I am here to help! Working with me can help you reconnect with yourself, rediscover your strengths, and use them to shift the patterns that no longer serve you. If you are ready to move towards positive change-I am here to accompany you on that journey.  I have been helping people overcome life's difficulties for nearly 10 years. I have extensive training in techniques proven to help clients build meaningful relationships with themselves and others, find inner resources and strength, and start living the life they want.

I work with individuals affected by relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, issues related to self-esteem, work stress, immigration and adjustment, and life changes. I have extensive experience working with people of diverse backgrounds at all phases of adulthood including college students, young working professionals, couples, families, and older adults.
My approach draws from mindfulness, body-oriented interventions, relational work, attachment theory, and depth psychology. The therapeutic process, as I see it, works best when it is collaborative and supportive. Therefore, from the very start of our time together I will work to create a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental environment for you. I encourage you to show up authentically and promise to do the same. I synthesize several therapeutic approaches to help clients identify their needs and values, get unstuck from old and unhelpful modes of coping in the world, attain freedom from emotional pain, and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others. I offer therapy in both English and Russian.
I am a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and currently serve as a registered psychological assistant (PSB94021410) to Dr. Tom Cicciarelli, Psy,D., (PSY17298) and see clients within his private practice (Parnassus Psychotherapy). I receive ongoing supervision from Dr. Cicciarelli, Psy.D. on a weekly basis and I also seek out professional consultation and training opportunities to ensure that I am providing the most effective and ethically sound services to my clients and staying up to date with current research and treatment practices. I completed my Doctorate education in clinical psychology at the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA.
