As a therapist with Clinical Care Consultants in Arlington Heights, I'm proud to say we truly are 'Counselors Who Care'.

Although we strive to find peace, balance, meaning and joy in our life, everyone at some time in their life runs into roadblocks, heartaches and, occasionally, challenges so difficult we feel like we may never recover. It is my heart-felt desire to help my clients set and achieve their personal goals in a safe comfortable environment. I strive to provide hope, empathy, respect and unconditional support, without judgment. Therapy is indeed a journey, and I am grateful that my clients invite me to join them on their path towards personal and emotional growth.

My mission is to empower clients, while assisting them in achieving their personal goals for a healthy and successful life. Through specialized, effective and compassionate therapy services, my clients are able to improve their outlook and attitude, recognize their strengths, build their confidence, increase their energy, develop feelings of well-being and find happiness and joy.

I have over 12 years of experience working with adults and adolescents facing a variety of challenges in their lives. I am especially knowledgeable, experienced and effective with younger adults who are struggling to find their place or direction in life.

I also specialize in eating disorders, particularly overeating and binge eating. I can assist you in addressing the underlying issues to get to the core of the problem and achieve lasting change.

In this fast-paced world we live in, the opportunity for stress and anxiety to impact our lives is ever present. I specialize in working with clients who experience these problems. Please know you don't have to continue to live this way. Let's work together to minimize the effect that stress and anxiety have on you!

If you are currently, or have previously, experienced emotional, personal or mental health problems, you know how much it can impact your life. You are not alone in your experiences, and you certainly shouldn't have to try to get through it alone. We can work together to help decrease and manage these challenging symptoms, and get you back to living the life you want to live!

If you would like to start taking the steps to feeling happier and more fulfilled, I look forward to working together with you to enhance your life, so you can enjoy the life you deserve!

I received my Master of Arts from the School of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. I am an Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker and member of The National Association of Social Workers. I'm also a member of the board of directors of the Children's Advocacy Center of North and Northwest Cook County.

I have over 12 years of experience working with adults, young adults and adolescents experiencing a variety of challenges in their lives. Prior to private practice, I provided services at agencies such as Ada S. McKinley Community Services and the Victor C. Neumann Association, both prominent, long-standing, multi-disciplinary social service agencies in the Chicagoland area.
