Finding a good career match is central to a sense of meaningful fulfillment in life. Yet many times people find themselves unhappy in their work, or out of work, or just beginning their working life without a clear sense of what is the right fit. Knowing yourself and being self aware on a deep level is key to finding your own “calling” as a person. Knowing your skills and your interests and having support and coaching to put these things together in a satisfying career is important. Psychotherapy with this focus is helpful. My approach includes helping a person value and utilize their own imagination and visioning. It also includes working on self-esteem and assertiveness and a sense of enti
