A large component of career choice is how we view ourselves and what we feel we can accomplish. So there's a big element of identity in there. I use Positive Psychology tools to assess the individual's strengths of character and what they view as important tools for success that they already have in their arsenal. I have a specific degree (Masters Degree MA) in career and academic counseling.
