Having a partner in life can be very rewarding. Often times, we may begin to consciously or subconsciously take our partner for granted. In that process we lose trust, we lose communication and we often times lose hope. There is hope and help for your relationship. Attending therapy with your partner can increase trust, increase healthy communication skills and cause both partners to feel more safe and secure in the relationship.

It is not easy being part of a couple. Two different people with two separate egos, and various wants, needs, preferences, and desires. Doing the work to become an effective couple is not for sissies. It requires a great deal of courage to honestly reveal who we are to our partner. My approach to working with couples helps them create the conditions for fostering an accepting, respectful, and honest relationship.
