You are not alone - most folks have struggled with their weight from time to time throughout their lives. There are many ways that we try to manage the weight, but some are healthier than others. If you are binging/purging, excessively exercising, using laxatives, or restricting your intake of food, I can help. You can't just stop - you have a finite supply of willpower, and it can easily become depleted. Together we will identify dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors, and work to replace them with more productive actions. I will support and guide you along the way in developing a "toolbox" of skills that will reduce your distress and set you on the path to a happier, less stressful life.
