About Stephanie Carletta, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Stephanie Carletta PMHNP-BC is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master’s degree from Stony Brook University. She is a recognized Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Practitioner and Functional Psychiatry provider who utilizes a "whole person" approach to treatment through the use of individualized lab testing, nutritional therapies, as well as traditional medical treatments including medication and psychotherapy. Stephanie is licensed across the lifespan with most of her experience focusing on the care of ages 14+. Stephanie is a provider with upstate NY's leading integrative psychotherapy practice, Whole Wellness Services.

She has experience treating a broad variety of mental health conditions from community outreach work with severely mentally ill to high functioning, highly successful working professionals, and everything in between. Stephanie has experience treating Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Personality Disorders, Women’s Health Issues (including prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum care), Insomnia, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Substance Use Disorders, Chronic Illness, and Complex Health Concerns. Stephanie’s approach is warm, inviting, and personable. Her approach is professional yet relaxed and she will always take the time to get to know all parts of you, not just focus on the medicine.
