Too many fight against eating disorders silently and alone, often acting in ways that will ensure their their difficulties with food remain hidden. You may have fallen prey to the belief that an eating disorder is a sign of personal weakness, or maybe that it’s even a sin. At Thriveworks Counseling Charlottesville we know the truth about eating disorders. We understand that struggles of this nature are not signs of weakness or failure. It’s vital to realize that true recovery is not just an issue of “willpower.” That’s why we are here – to help you heal.
