While not an Eating Disorder, I do offer service for those Big Beautiful Women and Big Beautiful Men who wish to work on size-esteem issues and related concerns in a positive, non-dieting way. This work includes locating resources, products, support, social experiences and other ways to find encouragement to care for yourself physically, mentally and emotionally regardless of what size your dress or pants happen to be !!

I work with people trying to lose weight from compulsive overeating such as binge eating. I do not work with anorexia or bulimia however. Many times the overeating is grouped along with other addictions such as drinking, smoking, shopping, gambling or drugs. Please don't hesitate to ask how I might be helpful in this area. I approach this work from a behavioral and cognitive viewpoint - but also work to get to the underlying reasons for the overeating to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.
