Our clinicians practice integrative approach to psychotherapy. This is a combined psychotherapy approach that brings together various elements of specific therapies. Integrative therapists are of the opinion that there is no one size fits all approach that can treat each client. Rather, each person must be considered as a whole and therapeutic techniques must be tailored to their individual needs. The integrative approach also refers to infusing the emotional, behavioral, cognitive, and physiological systems within a single person, their family system, and addressing social and spiritual aspects to tailor therapy to their clients, not the clients to the therapist.

I believe that therapy can be beneficial to every person at some point in their lives. Psychotherapy often referred to as "talk therapy" I strive to create a supportive environment where my clients feel safe and comfortable to disclose their concerns and work through an issues they may be experiencing. I use an array of different approaches to psychotherapy and will work with my client to choose they best approach to fit their individual needs. My goal is for each of my clients to leave therapy having worked through their presenting issue(s) and learned the necessary skills to cope with any future challenges that may arise.
