I work from a person centred, family systems, & attachment base in psychotherapy. Our early childhood attachment relationships impact us throughout our lifespan. Sometimes we develop strategies to protect ourselves in childhood which can become challenging to us as we move into adulthood; my approach to psychotherapy intentionally addresses these early childhood patterns. In psychotherapy you will also experience a deeper understanding of yourself, develop new levels of functioning - including a growing capacity to self-regulate, along with a purposeful & safe therapeutic relationship.

Individual psychotherapy sessions are all about re-discovering what's right with us and using that to "stand against" whatever problem is influencing your well-being.
