I work with children and families who are struggling and seeking outside intervention and support. As well, if you are married, preparing for marriage, or are having relationship issues, I offer solution-focused, strengths-based couples therapy.

Relationship struggles can be frustrating, fearful, and overwhelming. I have worked with couples for several years, helping them overcome issues such as mistrust, guilt, intimacy problems, infidelity and poor communication.

I provide couple's therapy using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy as well as The Gottman Method approach and am trained in each. Together we can analyze negative communication patterns and restore the connection you're seeking.

Laura has over a decade of experience helping couples and families with a variety of challenges find restoration and healing. She works from a systemic perspective to help couples understand each other and deepen their emotional connection.

We work individually and with couples to improve their relationships. Our approach in couples work has been influenced by authors such as John Gottman, Dan Allender and David Schnarch, as well our own experience in relationships.
