We work individually and with couples to improve their relationships. Our approach in couples work has been influenced by authors such as John Gottman, Dan Allender and David Schnarch, as well our own experience in relationships.

I am a strong proponent and advocate of Gottman's Marital research and therapy. Much of my marital work is in helping couples draw healthier boundaries and in establishing a new pattern of relating to eliminate criticism, stonewalling, defensiveness, and contempt.

I specialize in working with couples and relationships; Over 90% percent of my clients are couples, I put the focus where it is most important to you, on improving your relationship, helping you to find more fulfillment and in many cases preventing divorce.

I provide couple's therapy using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy as well as The Gottman Method approach and am trained in each. Together we can analyze negative communication patterns and restore the connection you're seeking.
