Laura has over a decade of experience helping couples and families with a variety of challenges find restoration and healing. She works from a systemic perspective to help couples understand each other and deepen their emotional connection.

I specialize in helping couples of all types to create healthy relationships that meet the deeper needs of both partners. I have found Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to be the best tool to do the work of repairing and fostering close and loving relationships.

For adult and couple with intense relationships, anxiety, depression, I can help! I have extensive experience work with people from a wide range of cultures and ethnic backgrounds. My work has given me a depth of understanding and empathy that I bring to every session.

I work with children and families who are struggling and seeking outside intervention and support. As well, if you are married, preparing for marriage, or are having relationship issues, I offer solution-focused, strengths-based couples therapy.
