If you are tired of feeling this way, I want you to know that there is hope. Sometimes life seems to get off track, but you can reclaim your life...regaining strength, balance, direction, and meaning! Therapy can be a place to begin this journey of healing and restoration. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have dedicated myself to helping people with their healing journeys for nearly 15 years.

Over the years, I have worked in most levels of care, including inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient care, which has provided me with a wide scope of exposure and experience.  I can help you to tackle a variety of issues, and assist you in transforming your life for the better. So if you are dealing with an eating disorder, trauma, abuse history, depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, social struggles, or just day-to-day life, I can help you to find the sense of empowerment and peace you deserve.

When you come for a session, you'll be welcomed into a space that provides a warm atmosphere and absolute safety so that you can talk about your concerns with as much ease as possible. Your comfort is my number one priority. It's important to me to first take time to get to know you and your history, and then we will collaborate to identify your goals and tailor treatment to meet your specific needs. We will work together as a team to achieve those goals and optimize your health and happiness. If treatment is being provided to a minor, parents are kept involved and informed, while respecting the confidentiality of the client. If you're working simultaneously with other treatment providers (such a physician, psychiatrist, or dietitian) I will collaborate closely with them to streamline your treatment.

I am trained in a number of different therapeutic approaches, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - to identify and change ineffective thoughts and behaviorsDialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) - to enhance mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal relationshipsEye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) - which is helpful for alleviating anxiety, grief and loss, abuse, sexual assault, disturbing memories, teasing/bullying, performance anxiety, PTSD, and other struggles Thought Field Therapy (TFT) - a treatment similar to EFT which is effective in treating anxiety, trauma, depression, phobias, anger, and more

I would be happy to talk to you more in depth about the various approaches I use and how they could be helpful to you. So don't wait any longer. Contact me to see how I can help!
