Janet is a Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern with a warm, down-to-earth, collaborative style.  She has dual specializations in Couples and Family Therapy, and is also a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist Candidate; she trained directly with Dr. Patrick Carnes, PhD, a renown expert in the field.   Janet is experienced in effectively helping clients with a vareity of concerns.  She treats individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, addiction, codependency, low self esteem, divorce, separation, grief, loss, love and intimacy problems, career issues, stress reduction, anger management, life skills, improving boundaries, rebuilding trust after an affair, trauma, childhood abuse, and much more.  Therapy can help you to be the person you strive to be, and to live the life you want to live.
