I am passionate about my work as a relationship therapist and coach.  One of my greatest joys is to help my clients have the relationship of their dreams.  I love helping people just like you create an amazing relationship.

Are you in a relationship where you’re fighting way too much, or hardly talking at all? Perhaps you’re struggling with trust issues, and don’t know if your relationship will survive? Or maybe the passion has gone and you feel more like roommates than lovers. You may even be trying to decide whether to stay in this relationship or move on.

Don’t give up just yet. There is hope! I’ve helped hundreds of couples get through the toughest of times, including couples that were on the brink of a breakup or divorce. I can help you transform your relationship from insecurity, anger, distance, lousy communication, and even the devastation of an affair, into a relationship that is secure, happy, and filled with both compassion and passion. How does that sound?

If you’re single right now, but trying to make sense of a past relationship or trying to figure out how to have an awesome relationship in the future, let’s talk. I can help you identify why things didn’t work out in the past, as well as to know exactly how to make sure your next relationship is a success. You don’t have to be alone and lonely forever.

My office is a safe, comfortable place for you to share your story.  I never judge or criticize, but rather, I listen with empathy and understanding.  Together we’ll work to uncover the negative patterns that are causing problems and conflict.  I’m not one to spend hours digging around in the pain of the past. I want to help you understand yourself and your partner better right now – to really know how you tick -- so that you can finally learn how to always have each other’s back and be truly happy. I will help you tune in and make small, simple changes that will create huge positive results. Relationship therapy and coaching does work!

Having a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, and over 20 years experience in private practice has equipped me to guide many, many couples and individuals from storm to safety. I am also a PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) trained therapist and EMDR certified. And I pride myself in having a broad world-view which gives me cultural, religious, and sexual-orientation sensitivity and enormous open-mindedness. I look forward to speaking to you on the telephone to determine if we are a good therapy match. Please call me at (719) 544-2016.
