One negative thought leads to more and more negative thoughts. I help to replace, stop, and change these negative thoughts to decrease anxiety and stress. I also incorporate Biofeedback, Meditation and Yoga. Please note: I am not a yoga instructor but I can help the individual find the best way to incorporate it into their lifestyle.
