I am not affiliated with any sect or denomination within the Christian religion and do not believe that I can determine for others the exact pathway they should take to living a Christian life. I was raised Christian, and I have an BA in Bible from a four year Christian university. Because of this, I have great respect for those who want to follow in the steps of Jesus. I also welcome working with those who draw strength from the Bible and incorporate it into the framework of a personal spiritual path.

Though I am not a Christian counselor, I believe that spirituality is one of the most essential aspects of the healing process for most of my clients. Many of my clients believe that their symptoms are representing a spiritual crisis more than anything else. I am open to working with clients of all backgrounds and faiths and have worked with people who are Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu and Jewish faiths over the years.

While most Christian Counselors pride themselves on how many Scriptural passages they can recite and how many links they can make from the Bible to psychological disorders, the Christian-centric work of Grey Matters International, Inc.is grounded in one principle: truth. For us, the work is more about truth and transparency of Christ's message and working on the natural laws of accountability and decision making that evolves from that. If one honors God's natural laws of reaping and sowing around the decisions one makes, one is indeed living Scripture to its fullest. We prepare the brain to better maximize the spiritual realities of Christ's words. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

I engage in both Christian as well as Spiritual counseling. Prayers, novenas and references to certain scriptures may be used if considered acceptable to the client. Each individual is respected as having a unique position and relationship with God. Spiritual counseling incorporates a spiritual dimension with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. It tends to produce a stronger intimacy with God as well as to bring deep healing in your innermost being that has been through a lot or wounded. This approach tends to heal in it's own magical way as there is believe and hope due to trust in God. God has no favorites, and wants to see all of us healed. We are just a little lost trying to get there.
