Located in Tarrant County, Arlington, Texas is considered part of the Dallas metropolitan area.  The population of the city is over 350,000 which make it one of the largest towns in the state of Texas.  Native Americans were some of the first settlers in the area and as the white population grew, so did tensions.  In 1841, Native Americans and General Edward H.
