Carole is an accredited member of the Canadian Counselling Association – the highest designation of counselling in Canada. Carole earned her degrees; B.Ed., P.B.C.E. (Counselling), and  M.Ed. (Psychology) from the University of Manitoba.  She completed an intensive training and practicum at the Manitoba Adolescent Treatment Center.

Carole has additional training in crisis intervention, depression, suicide, abuse recovery, communication, and health and wellness. She also worked on the Crisis Intervention Lines at Klinic Community Health Center for 3 years. Carole has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of clinical settings.

Carole approaches Therapy from a Strength Based Perspective - she believes that clients have all the answers they need inside.   By creating an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, Carole assists her clients in setting goals, working through challenges and overcoming obstacles. Carole is committed to helping her clients understand experiences, identify tools and resources, make conscious choices, and bring about a greater sense of hope and satisfaction in their lives.
