Dr. Endora Crawford holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Masters in Social Work, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and has over 15 years experience helping empower individuals and families. She completed her doctoral internship at University of Florida, Shands Jacksonville in child and adolescent psychiatry and the department of surgery/trauma. Dr. Crawford is an African American life coach, who has lived in several states within the US and Japan and has visited a number of countries. Her exposure to different cultures and cultural perspectives provides her the benefits of understanding and appreciating cultural differences and influences on behavior. In addition to being a coach, she is a fitness instructor who understands the physical and emotional benefits of regular exercise and healthy habits. She is also a mother of two special needs children, one diagnosed with ADHD and the other with Autism. As a result, she has professional expertise in these areas as well as in depth personal experience. Dr. Crawford helps -individuals reconnect with their feelings and with others, and safely move towards wholeness and self-awareness; -children feel good about themselves by providing a safe environment to deal with issues that affect their emotional well-being; -parents develop the skills necessary to provide discipline, limit setting, love, and support that will enhance the growth and development of their child; -families understand how each member influences the family unit and how they can work together to support, nourish, and strengthen the family bond; -schools learn and implement effective behavior management strategies to enhance a child's learning, achievement, motivation, and performance; -organizations and international assignees understand cross-cultural differences and adapt to a different culture.
