I'm Michelle a licensed therapist and life coach in the San Fernando Valley. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counseling. I am also certified in anger management. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings with a wide variety of people.

I offer a safe space and a nonjudgemental attitude where you can come and truly be yourself. I am open-minded and love to help people shake off who society tells them that they should be and find the sound of their own drum.
I love watching people shake off the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs which hold them back. It is an honor to watch people become comfortable in their own skin and transform into the beautiful creatures that they were always meant to be.
We are all different and we all need different things from therapy. Therefore, my services  can be provided in a variety of locations including online (telephone or video chat), on set, or in my office. Depending upon treatment goals and what you would like to accomplish in therapy, I also provide eco-therapy when desired, which is a fancy term for meeting in public (coffee shop, quiet park, hike, or beach).
I offer traditional talk therapy, art therapy, and animal-assisted therapy. If you desire, I can also provide you with opportunities to learn meditation, mindfulness, guided imagery, and visualization.
Depending on your needs, I work with individuals, couples, and families. I can also assist you with issues in the workplace, especially if you struggle with fitting in or finding your calling.
I offer same day services on most days, including evenings and weekends. My services are private and discreet. And if you are struggling, I will fit you in on any day you need to talk, whether it is face to face, by phone, or web chat.

My clinical experiences have equipped me to work in a wide range of settings with diverse needs including:

  • People who feel lost (identity issues)
  • People with love addictions or codependency issues
  • People who feel guilt
  • People who feel broken (shame)
  • People with transgender issues who may need an HRT letter or assistance coming out to friends, family, and co-workers
  • Highly sensitive people (empaths)
  • People with low self-esteem
  • People who have sexual orientation issues
  • Adult survivors of childhood bullying
  • People who need some conflict resolution skills (anger management)
  • I am kink aware.
