Utilizing my 28 years experience treating addictions, I provide support for the client's goal of abstinence, and a structured relapse prevention plan. The relapse plan typically includes a self help group, a trusted support person, physical exercise and nutrition. In some cases medication can be helpful to reduce craving. In that case, I can referr to a physician who specalizes in appropriate medication.
