Teenagers will love spending quarters at one of the country's oldest arcades, Palace Games.1 And moms can let the little ones go crazy at Kid Zoo, an indoor playground featuring rock climbs and bounce houses, among other family friendly attractions. Mental Health in Bonita Springs

For many, grief is one of the most difficult emotions to cope with. The loss of a loved one can lead to depression, hopelessness, and a sense of despair. Grief support groups can help alleviate the isolation many in this position may feel. The Adult Grief Support Group organized by Hope Hospice in Bonita Springs is open to the public, free of costs, and meets frequently.2 Meetings are held weekly on Tuesday mornings and bi-monthly on Tuesday evenings in Bonita Springs. For information and up to date times, call (855) 454-3104.

Alcohol and substance abuse are growing issues in the United States. Alcohol is the third largest cause of death, and prescription abuse has grown exponentially in Florida.3 The sooner one seeks help for these serious issues, the sooner one can get his or her life back on track. Bonita Springs Catholic Charities provides Adult Education programs for those suffering from these afflictions, and for those dealing with the consequences of receiving a DUI. For more information, contact Catholic Charities, Diocese of Venice at (239) 390-2928.4
