Not being able to control how you act or speak out of anger can be very damaging in some or all of your relationships (parent-child, with a significant other, among friends, even at work). Having uncontrollable anger and feeling angry all the time also does not feel good for the person with those feelings and it's possible to feel regret afterwards for what you have said or done.
